Emily Toder, Anthony Carelli and Me To Read at Babo's Books

Well, I've reneged on my previous promise that this wouldn't be a literary blog ("This has still not quite become an “author” or “authorly” blog, and are we not better off that way?") That didn't take long. But, rest assured, another complain-y, and hopefully humourous, post about New York is brewing. I am also about to host a conversation with NYC residents (some writers, some not) about their pet peeves, trade-offs, methods of de-stressing, points of contention, and inspiration, about living in apartments the size of midwestern bathrooms. So: this coming Thursday, I will be reading at Windsor Terrace's own Babo's Books, a delightful bookstore that was dubbed "Best Used Bookstore" in Brooklyn by L Magazine.
